Knit Fiberglass Strength
We use a 45/90-degree cross-stitched knit fiberglass for 8-way stress resistance and superior resin bonding—unlike woven roven used by others, which offers only 2 stress paths and weaker integrity.
Premium Resin & Gelcoat
We use high-quality, brand-name resin and gelcoat materials that undergo rigorous testing, ensuring long-term durability, strength, and a finish you will be proud of.
Quality Adhesives
We bond our stringers with Plexus adhesive for a molecular-strength connection. We invest in the best materials and allow them the proper time to cure – far beyond the generic adhesives and process others may use.
Stainless Steel Hardware
From stainless steel drain plugs to our oversized bow and stern eyes, we use hardware components designed for lasting strength and dependable performance.
Coosa Composite Core
